Mechanical BIM

Trident has experience in a wide range of mechanical BIM work including but not limited to:

• HVAC Design for Hydraulic Systems (Heating systems, Chilled Water systems, etc.)
• HVAC Design for Air Systems (Ventilation systems, Air Conditioning systems, etc.)
• HVAC Design for Refrigerant-based systems
• BIM Model Creation and Coordination
• Accurate 2D Drawings of Tender, Construction or As Built Phases

Depending on the specific conditions of each project and with reference to its specifications, we select one of several Revit templates that will best suit the project. We then begin to create a BIM model with various inputs such as government building codes, specifications, contract documents, equipment applications, LEED application, standard regional practices, etc. What makes Trident special is that you can assess the status of the project at any given stage and are strongly encouraged to join a weekly progress chart, including project managers, senior engineers, architects and the client representative.
